ACT Test Preparation

ACT is a national college admission and placement exam designed to assess high school students' general education development and their ability to complete college-level work. The ACT exam cover 4 skill areas: English, Math, Reading and Science. |
Twelve (12)
hours of instruction, including Reading, Math, English, and Science. A pre-test and post-test will be administered.
Learning Power instructors are trained to use a 7-Step Program, including highly-reflective coaching practices.

Diagnostic Testing

Learning Power conducts full-scale Diagnostic Testing for the SAT, ACT, SSAT, and PSAT exams. These Diagnostic Tests can pinpoint areas of strength and weakness, and help students better prepare for their actual tests. For first-time test takers, these Diagnostic Tests are invaluable tools to help reveal areas of concern where students would benefit from additional training.

Students receive their Diagnostic Test results within one week, complete with a thorough analysis of their performance. Diagnostic Tests are scheduled year-round by arrangement.

the SAT?

A. The ACT Assessment is not an aptitude test. Instead, the questions on the ACT are directly related to what has been learned in high school
courses. Unlike the SAT, there is NO penalty for wrong answers.
