Life Coaching:

Learning Power Director Academic Therapist

It's all about setting goals and making decisions!

Six scenarios...Same turmoil:

  1. "I need to return to work. It's been a while, and I don't even know where to begin!"
  2. "I'm stuck! I can't decide what's next in my life. I think I want to change careers, but what should I do? I'm afraid to fail. I don't want to make mistakes."
  3. "It's my senior year in high school, and I have no idea what my major in college should be or even if college is right for me."
  4. "Here I am in my junior(senior) year of college and I need guidance on what kind of job to pursue. Help!"
  5. "Who said that retirement is easy? I'm over 60; what do I do with the rest of my life?"
  6. "I need help in balancing my work, my family, and my own needs. How can I learn to do this?"

  1. Realizing personal and professional goals
  2. Learning how to avoid life patterns that prevent success
  3. Practicing strategies and techniques to bring about change

In 6-8 one-on-one sessions with Life Coach Linda E. Nelson our clients are administered the Gregorc Mind StyleTM Assessment, the VAK Modality AssessmentTM, or the Myers-Briggs Type IndicatorTM. During the consultation process which follows, clients are interviewed and coached through a variety of exercises to determine how their individual styles can assist them in making critical life decisions and to follow through on achieving goals. Experienced in assisting clients who are at critical crossroads (deciding school, majors, new careers), Nelson provides practical, hands-on guidance to clients who need help in applying self knowledge to various life situations,

Group sessions

An alternative to one-on-one consultation is a group opportunity offering the same evaluation process followed by interactive sessions. Walking the road to self understanding is often more comfortable and enlightening with the support of others who are experiencing the same or similar issues. The groups meet for 8-10 sessions and include individual consultation.

Call for free first consultation.
